"This publication is not intended to be a manual on how to make steel, although some aspects of the steelmaking process are included. Nor does it cover every facet of the physical plant at Sparrows Point. Its purpose is twofold. One is to preserve the memory of what was, at one time, the largest tidewater steel mill in the world.
