על הספר
"In contrast to the bulk of the literature on foreign and, which deals with it as an instrument of foreign policy or centres on problems of implementing it effectively, this book examines the role of the aid agencies themselves. By starting from a recipient's perspective, and providing a longitudinal as well as comparative analysis, the contributors demonstrate the problems that these agencies have brought to foreign aid operations."--BOOK JACKET.
