And yet, you still chose me

And Yet, You Still Chose Me ... is an extraordinary and compelling account of a young girl's journey through the unbelievably inconceivable atrocities of sexual abuse at a very young age, teen pregnancy, drugs, abandonment, homelessness, suicidal attempts, escape from a possible murder attempt, and a sixth grade education, all the way to becoming a message of hope for those who find themselves oppressed around the world. Shelley, the main character and narrator of the story, describes the proverbial "Heaven/Hell" dichotomy she lived on a daily basis for many years. That's why her message of hope is so effective - because she lived the life she shares with us. In this insightful book, the authors deliver a straightforward, honest, powerful message about the grace and mercy of God. Within these pages is a treasure of wisdom awaiting those who wish to gain a better understanding of how God can "cause all things to work together for the good ..."--Bishop Millicent Hunter (Amazon.com).
