This work gives an overview of the new anti-dumping rules following the WTO Agreement. An introductory chapter analyse how the new Anti-Dumping Code fits into the WTO and what the main material differences are with the old code. The following chapters analyse the implementation of the new rules in Canada, the European Union Mexico, the United States and the main economic players in Australasia, the Far East and Southern Africa.
