Effective teaching and learning in science is vital to our economic future and to our ability to perform effectively as citizens in a democratic society, but all too often, science education in the schools is not as effective as it might be. Science Strategies for Students With Gifts and Talents examines some common pitfalls in how we teach science in school and then suggests ways teachers can improve their practice in this area.
