על הספר
"A new poetry collection from the award-winning Beth Goobie. Autobiographical in nature, the poems follow the journey of one girl as she escapes her childhood home and all of the painful memories that the home elicits - her memories largely centered around the physical and sexual abuse she experienced as a child at the hands of her father, and the untimely death of her brother when he commits suicide. Now, years removed from the experiences, Goobie is able to cast an unrepentant eye on her relationship with her father, and look back at her emotional journey as she heals and grows and finally chooses joy."--
