Eclipse: A Journey to Darkness and Light

Eclipses take place only when bodies are covered by other bodies of similar sizes. The author of this informative book provides brief explanations of different types of eclipses like the Annular, Solar and Total eclipses. He also includes accounts of his personal observations and voyages, from darkness to light, to witness the sight of these spectacular occurrences aboard the Regal Empress and Dawn Princess. Readers will surely find topics like the discovery of the exploding sun, or nova and explanations of the Moon's Orbit quite fascinating in relation to their academic pursuits.
