En Torno Al Lope Sacro

"En torno al Lope sacro" presents five essays on the religious production of the great Madrilenian. Esther Borrego Gutiérrez talks about the Carmelite tradition in Lopesca poetry. Continuing with the work undertaken a triennium ago, Pedro Conde Parrado, Manuel Crespo and Jesús Ponce Cárdenas dedicate their studies to "Isidro. Poema castellano", top of the hagiographic epic of the Golden Age. Finally, Natalia Fernández Rodríguez reflects on visuality and iconography in the scenic treatment of the life of Isidro Labrador, patron of Madrid. --Google translate.
