Evensong

"Evensong is a book of choral adventures. If that doesn't sound 'adventurous', then you don't know anything about choral singing, or Brooks and Kate Firestone. After raising four children, working in corporate America, establishing a successful wine business, and a political career, Brooks and Kate were ready to join forces for a new challenge. Their amateur singing career in a number of different choral groups led them around the world from Santa Barbara to places such as The London Royal Albert Hall, the Vatican, and the Mormon Tabernacle at a time of life which many people think should be leisurely. Their experiences brought them joy, hard work, a tremendous sense of accomplishment, and a shared passion that enriched their lives together"--Page 4 of cover.
