Fortress of Faith

Fortress of Faith by Melton Wright is a first-hand account of the story of Bob Jones University. From its founding by Bob Jones Sr. in 1927 to its court battle with the IRS to its leadership by three generations of Joneses, Wright recounts one of the unique experiments in the history of Christian education. This record of Bob Jones University's vibrant Christian witness and its continued stand for Fundamentalism is a tribute to the strong leadership of faithful men and to God's blessing on a fortress of faith whose philosophy and standards continue to influence students. - Publisher.
