על הספר
"John Rawls' 'Theory of Justice' is the most important English language contribution, probably even the most important text of the 20th century on philosophical ethics and political philosophy. The basic idea, inspired by Kant's idea of autonomy, consists of at treaty-theoretical conception of justice as fairness. In a second major work, 'Political Liberalism,' Rawls continues this idea for modern constitutional democracy, for its religious and ideological pluralism. Finally, 'The Law of Peoples' extends the idea to international relations."--
