A volte, mettono i brividi. La risposta sta a chi legge"-- From the many hours of narrative of The Young Pope (which tells the story of how Lenny Belardo became Pope Pius XIII), Paolo Sorrentino extracted the threads of a short text that tells of an immense world. The words of the young pope, his secretary of state and the supporting actors; this work is a surprise for even those who have seen the TV series. Sorrentino writes that the journey of creating The Young Pope revolves around the question: who is God? The question leads to another: what does it mean to give weight to God? The answer is up to the reader.
