IUTAM Symposium on Recent Developments in Non-linear Oscillations of Mechanical Systems

This book contains 32 selected papers by acknowledged experts covering current research in this field of mechanics. The material has been grouped into six sections entitled: Non-linear oscillations of beams, plates, vehicles, and other dynamic systems; Analysis and control of non-linear systems; Non-linear waves; Dynamics of offshore structures; System identification; and Mathematical and numerical methods for investigating non-linear systems.
