Just a little run around the world

Heartbroken when she lost her husband to cancer, Rosie set off from Wales with nothing but a small cart of food and equipment, funded by the rent from her little cottage. So began a five-year solo journey that would take Rosie 20,000 miles around the world in memory of the man she loved. Followed by wolves, knocked down by a bus, confronted by bears, chased by a naked man with a gun and stranded with severe frostbite, Rosie's gripping story is a rollercoaster adventure of epic proportions. It is also the story of an ordinary woman who dared to attempt something truly extraordinary and, somewhere along the way, rediscovered her passion for life.
