Maxim Gorkyr Chhoto Golpo

Rising above space and time, man has always played the main role in Gorky's works. Even amidst the pressure of circumstances and the misery of the human soul, the stories in this collection proclaim the direct or indirect triumph of human society. Even in the stories where we see a bird as the main subject instead of a human being, the storyteller has tried to portray the story of human struggle through the symbol of a bird, impartially, regardless of apparent victory or defeat. The famous fairy tale writer Hans Andersen said that there is no fairy tale bigger than life. Gorky's works support that belief. His powerful writing has brought to life characters in literature that the upper class of society does not even have time to think about. Maxim Gorky has found characteristics in events that seem insignificant at first glance and has made his literary creations expressive in amazing language from his unique experience, deep analytical ability, and sense of empathy for the characters. Twelve such short stories have been included in this collection. These stories are the fairy tales of our own lives.
