Messages from my hands

There are forces working within and through our bodies that cannot be seen but unquestionably do exist. The distraction, confusion, and disharmony that define much of our existence overshadows these subtle intrinsic powers. If we learn to pay attention, we can hear them. Ms. Egeling believes the means to challenge personal discontent is encrypted in our bodies and suspended in the dynamics of our simple interactions. Messages from My Hands is a compilation of experiences that have collectively coaxed the author from a self-absorbed, self-serving existence. Through the retelling of these compelling, intimate interactions, she explores the thawing of her purpose and liberation from behaviors that were the source of unhappiness and stagnation. Understanding the body and honoring our connection to the universe are two of the fundamentals necessary for change and growth: the wisdom derived from these principles is equally available to anyone who seeks them.
