Part 1 considers how clergy and those who work with them can explore the skills required, while Part 2 focuses on identifying, considering and acquiring the necessary skills. The authors consider among others caring, praying skills, guiding, organizing and liberating as well as the skills of weakness. Mindful Ministry is written by two experienced priests and teachers of Christian ministry who combine their experience with modelling good practice in theological reflection.
