In this book, Dr Jibgar Joshi gives an account of some of the planning approaches that he has applied during the course of his long career. It shows how infrastructure agencies should develop their business plans. One of its chapter deals with institutions. The book concludes with a discourse on the future of planning where he has shown concern for the need of making planning useful and relevant. For this, he has suggested measures to make planning strategic in order to enhance the social good.
