על הספר
"The subject of this eagerly awaited biography has been the driving force behind Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Manassas, and The Rides during an astonishing six-decade career. The first person to be inducted twice in one night into the Rock and Rock Hall of Fame, Stills' story has seen him associated with a who's who of musicians, including Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Judy Collins, Public Enemy, and even the Bee Gees. Stephen Stills performed at Woodstock, Altamont, and Live Aid. Set against a backdrop of legendary rock n roll events like these, this book explores the music, politics, childhood, and love life of one of the great songwriters/guitarists."--Dust jacket flap.
