The Grayhill Spectre

"Forged in personal agony and futuristic science, the Grayhill Spectre, Chicago's very own super hero, has for the past nine years saved his city from muggers, thugs and petty thieves as well as serial killers, mob bosses and other extremely-dangerous psychopaths. Now, at age 28, the Spectre, secretly known as Joshua Caine, finds that he increasingly needs to cope with the fall out from his extracurricular activites: he has alienated his wife, stalled his career and been the object of relentless ridicule on the part of the local press. However, just as soon as Joshua makes a firm decision to quit being the Grayhill Spectre and to put the costume away for good, he finds out that all hell breaks loose and his personal life is turned upside down." p.
