Tony dreams in yellow and blue

"In 'Wake up, this is Joburg' writer and urban planner Tanya Zack and photographer Mark Lewis tell the stories of ten ordinary, interesting, odd or outrageous inhabitants of Johannesburg. 'Tony Dreams in Yellow and Blue', the second book in the series, presents Tony Martins, an outsider artist and obsessive collector of 'waste' who has transformed his home in the working class suburb of Turffontein into a castle of lights, turrets, murals, manikins and stairways. He is also an entrepreneur whose property is home to 17 rent-paying households." -- Clarkes Bookshop website: http://www.clarkesbooks.co.za/artbooks/browse/64/2015-3
