Tremorra Towers

At a majestic manor on the coast of Cornwall, a dark drama is beginning. After twenty years of secret waiting and hoping, Carissa Courtney was journeying to the estate she had dreamed of since her childhood -- Tremorra Towers. To a world of wealth and privilege far removed from the only other home she'd ever known -- the deprivation of St. Agnes Orphanage. But for Carissa Courtney, the glamour of her position as special companion to Lady Gwiniath, the eccentric and volatile mistress of Tremorra Towers, is overshadowed by the intrigue surrounding the death of another beautiful young woman. And when, amidst the pomp and ceremony of the annual Midsummer Pageant, family machinations and sibling rivalries spill over into the murder of her Ladyship's eldest born, Carissa Courtney's own safety is suddenly very much in question. - Jacket flap.
