Winnie-the-Pooh

First published in 1926, ‘Winnie-the-Pooh’ is a classic tale by A.A. Milne, an English author. Milne was a noted writer, primarily as a playwright, before the huge success of Pooh outweighed all his previous work. Winnie-the-Pooh, the honey-loving silly old bear endeavors to get honey from a bee tree, so after climbing the tree didn't work, he borrows Christopher Robin's balloon, dunks himself in mud, and floats to the top of the honey tree incognito as a little black rain cloud. Winnie-the-Pooh has delighted readers of all ages for nearly one hundred years with its relatable, moving adventures that follow the famously friendly and lovable teddy bear. In this classic collection, Winnie navigates the Hundred Acre Wood with Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Piglet, Owl, and Rabbit, discovering the true meaning of friendship and the value of accepting everyone exactly as they are.
