David Wright won ITV's Britain's Best Bakery in 2014 and BIA Baker of the Year in 2017, he's a third-generation baker who has carved a niche for live fire baking. In 2020 David demonstrated his ability to bake over fire in Sky's The Third Day, a 12-hour live performance starring Jude Law, created by Punchdrunk International. David is currently the Head Baker at Pump St Bakery in Suffolk, UK and does live fire baking demos at all the major food festivals. —Publisher
