"In Sandy Flats, Kentucky, before she could recover from a cruel and violent fifteen-year first marriage, Natalie gets caught by a con artist as his eleventh wife. An oil and gas driller from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Paul convinces local investors to finance his drilling company, CONTHEM. A sham corporation, CONTHEM never produces a thing. Paul uses all of the investors' money for his lavish lifestyle, and then wants Natalie's money too. Natalie reacts to Paul like a moonstruck teenager, blinded by puppy love."--Back cover.
