Beg po vertikali

Dave Elliot is forty-seven, in great shape, and a very successful New York executive. Every morning he kisses his wife good-bye and then jogs through the streets of Manhattan to his executive office suite on the forty-fifth floor of an ultramodern skyscraper. Here, every morning, he showers and gets dressed for the workday. But today is going to be no ordinary day. Today everyone Dave meets will try to kill him. To Dave's mounting horror, he discovers that his colleagues, friends, and even his family want him dead. He can't imagine why. He's trapped in a fifty-story Park Avenue office tower - alone and without a friend in the world. Armed gunmen guard every exit, and a team of ruthlessly professional mercenaries are running a floor-by-floor search. Commanded by a cold-blooded and utterly unflappable leader named Ransome, Dave's enemies expect him dead before lunchtime. They're wrong.
