Confluences 2

"This collection, second of a series, consists of essays by accomplished literary critics looking at some of the most exciting new writing to emerge in Canada in the last three decades. This new writing has redefined the idea of Canadian literature, just as the country began to look at itself anew. The writers discussed here hail from all parts of the world and include Dionne Brand, MG Vassanji, Olive Senior, Cecil Foster, Shani Mootoo, and others."--
