Deathly Suspense

When the police break into Joe Creeney's Liverpool home, his dead wife is hanging by a rope from the banisters, Joe is walking away holding the ladder and there is nobody else in the house. Yet Joe's sister, Caroline Spackman, is convinced her brother is innocent, so amateur PI Jack Scott is called in by solicitor Stephanie Grey. Now Scott, following a trail of violence and lies from a murder for which Creeney had been previously convicted, must also examine links to a woman's death in North Wales...and watch as more bloody killings lead him to a shocking denouement.
