El paisaje es el rostro

Portraits of contemporary Chilean author, taken over more than 50 years of career and in which Luis Poirot incorporates literature, friendship and personal experiences. The book includes prominent names like. Pablo Neruda, Nicanor Parra, Raúl Zurita, Armando Uribe, Enrique Lihn, Claudio Bertoni and Gonzalo Rojas, among others. "Here I have spent part of my life vampirizing writers, as they do with us to tell their stories. There are many that I have not photographed and read, so it will be the subject of a second volume to which I am already dedicated. I will have to travel to find those from the north and those from the south so as not to be left only with Santiago. To look into the eyes of the portrayed is to look for the prisoner who looks out at the prison of the body that encloses him, it is a second fleeting of freedom and complicity". Luis Poirot, 2021.
