Hello, Mr. Carreras

A book devoted to the transformative power of music. The author's life is entirely changed as a result of hearing an opera concert and, in particular, the voice of one singer unknown to her at the time. The resonance of that sound continues as an inspiration over two years during which she abandons an unsatisfying life as a business executive and a tumultuous marriage to begin work in live opera performance at an entry level. Through the help of many serendipitous factors, and an interceding angel, she develops an entirely new career and lifestyle.
