I Went to the Bay

When a young boy sets out in search of frogs, he's amazed to find a vibrant, bustling world of wildlife in and around a bay where a loon calls, a turtle buries itself in the sand and a bullfrog goes ?harump.? The bay provides a day's fascination for the curious little boy --- and a day's fun for some elusive frogs. Pencil crayon illustrations give the book a lighthearted, summery feeling that perfectly suits the simple rhyming text.
