It talks about physical abuse, verbal abuse and emotional abuse. It is very heartfelt and I felt like it was talking about my own life. It was amazing and gets right to the point. I feel so much better about myself after reading it and can now move on and stop the fear and anxiety I have been experiencing being involved in an abusive relationship.
