La carne

Soledad has decided to take revenge on her last lover, who has just left her. Through a social networking site, she hires a man to pass for her boyfriend during a night at the opera: Adam, an attractive Russian almost thirty years her junior, with whom she will start a passionate and perhaps dangerous relationship, while she prepares an exposition for the National Library dedicated to damned writers whose lives are a testimony to the rage and glory of passion, to the wound of time and the fear of failure. Because that's what this book is about: life understood as a fleeting turning point in which you must eat or be eaten.
