Le jour d'avant

"Avenge us," wrote my father. His last words. And I promised him, fists raised to heaven after his brutal disappearance. I was going to avenge my brother, dead as a workman. To avenge my father, who had left as a peasant. To avenge my mother, lonely for ever. I was going to punish the Houillères, and all the bastards who had never paid for their crimes.--Translation of page 4 of cover by Babelio.
