This volume is a compendium of papers presented during the international workshop on modelling and simulation in Air Traffic Management (ATM) that took place in Capri, Italy, on October 2-6, 1995. The papers contained in the volume deal with a wide range of topics and cover different aspects which are currently important in ATM. Particular emphasis is given on ATC automation and application of mathematical models and computational algorithms for ATM systems.
