New Residential Landscape

"With the arrival of the era of landscape, people pay more and more attention to the health and harmony of the living environment; they once pursue the new dream which meets the need of the time in the world of landscape, and seek comfortable and fashionable poetic living space. This book collects the excellent residential landscapes from all over the world, leading readers to appreciate the landscape features and enjoy the visual feast from the two directions of community residential and private house."-- "Inspiring architectural design projects for a new environmentally aware generation; practical and innovative ideas for landscapes that live and breathe, in sync with the natural world. Increasingly there is a need to balance built and natural environments; to create a sense of harmony in terms of human impact on the natural world and the demands that undoubtedly exist for space and resources. The ideal, both for individuals and architects, is to create spaces that have the least impact while creating sustainable, functional and connected living space; people connected to each other and the natural world. This collection features residential landscapes from all over the world, from individual to communal space but with the common themes of using natural resources, building with and around the local environment to create living spaces that reflect an increasing awareness of the need for holistic, harmonious living."--
