Scratching the Surface

"Scratching the Surface was an exhibition held at the Building Centre Trust in London in the summer of 2007, and this associated publication explores the current state of the building envelope in London, as proposed by London-based architects. Glimpses into the spectrum of new facades are presented through essays in digital fabrication, material constraints and parametric modelling, all part of the search for a contemporary vision of the London vernacular."--BOOK JACKET.
