Seruna Savant

Seruna Savant is the author's first novel after completion of the Subterranian Trilogy : Zarkanis and Colesia, In Search of Alania, and Call to Subterraina. A heroine ventures to the earth's surface to take up her slain father's mission, namely to unveil the underlying cause of diabetes -- a cause not only associated with genetic vulnerability, but with multitrillion-dollar industry and a political cover-up. In Texas, Doctor Will Johnson meets a woman who captures both his intellectual and emotional interests. He listens in awe as she discloses astounding facts about the Civil War, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the founding of the United States. And then she unloads a bombshell -- a Constitutional amendment clarifying the freedom for states to secede from the Union. - Back cover.
