The Contemplative Way of Prayer

The charismatic renewal has brought a new dimension of praise and worship into the lives of many Christians. Robert Faricy and Lucy Rooney point out that charismatic worship and contemplative prayer can actually blend together for a deeper prayer life. Contemplating Jesus simply means looking at him with love. It means sitting at Jesus' feet, listening to him, receiving love and strength from him.
