The Greatest Show on Earth

Melinda Franklin had sawdust in her veins, bright blue paint streaks in her blonde hair, and a dream that wouldn't die: to keep Franklin's an old-fashioned circus. When banker Evan Kessel arrived to review her loan application, he found her hopelessly disorganized, zany, irresistible and totally enchanting. Evan courted Melinda in the midst of her crazy circus "family" -- his passionate words drowned out by Guido's blaring calliope, his fervent kisses ended by chimps Marcel and Marceau... and how could a woman whose right palm revealed a heartline as big as the Grand Canyon resist his endearing persistence?
