The One King

Here is the info off the back of the book; "Aldar is a world where magic is as common as technologies are in our world. A chant and you’ve lit your campfire, another spell and you have removed silt and such leaving you clean water in your canteen. Magic spells to the common Aldarians is simply like having assorted tools in a tool box is to use. The race of Aldarian Wizard’s use a powerful magic derived from the destruction of nature, and is used to control by forcing nature to their dark goals. It is this dual nature of magic, which is a lot like what we call technology today. The use of this ‘magic’ determines if it’s good or bad, the actual magic being simply a tool. These are the lessons to be learned. Surviving them is the measure of one’s skill. A small Epo Smith leaves home to find the legendary ‘One King’ and is hunted by Wizards, WereBeasts, assassins, giant worms and cannibals. Not at all what a guy expects on his honeymoon!"
