About the book
This novel is about an obese man who escapes from the so-called weight-loss institution and is pursued by the police, the state patrol, and numerous bounty hunters. All of these have been set after him by Wagner's billionaire mother, whom he calls the Salmon Queen.
First sentence: They shouldn't have snared Wagner in the first place, but now that he'd escaped, he swore it would be a cold day in Pago Pago before they'd nab him again, the sons-of-bitches.
