Zwei Götter im Himmel

"Son of Man", "Son of the Most High", "Firstborn before all creation": Even early Judaism had many names for a second God in heaven. Peter Schäfer shows how this idea of rabbis and Jewish mystics has been further developed over centuries. His pioneering book gives us a thorough review of the current picture of a Jewish monotheism.
